The experience that THE VERY THING gained behind the useful Ascot winner Didtheyleaveuoutto could well tip the scales in his favour here and he’s preferred to the well regarded Imperial Acolyte. He was well fancied at Perth on his bumper debut and should perform better having had some time to mature. Lopes Dancer is the obvious one from the Flat contingent with Drumochter and Dew Pond the pick of those at bigger prices.
