Forecasts

Swansdown (6/5), Fitwood Star (7/1), Fenjal (7/1), Waltzing Belle (8/1), Fantastic Ms Fox (8/1), Peters Pudding (9/1), Arms Of The Angel (14/1), Whenapoet (16/1), George Hastings (25/1), Margaret J (33/1), Ocean Reach (66/1)

Verdict

Several of these have the potential to improve now tackling nurseries, not least the well bred Swansdown who is the final runner for Luca Cumani. Waltzing Belle has improved with each start and looks like this trip will suit so will also be a player. We will take a chance that MARGARET J can show some improvement now. She was ridden to get the trip at Chlemsford two starts back and had no chance from out of the weights at Nottingham last time. She will surely end up better than her current mark of 46 and if Nicola Currie can get her settled in midfield with the cheekpieces added, she rates as an attractive each-way proposition at likely big odds.
  1. Margaret J
  2. Swansdown
  3. Waltzing Belle
