Verdict

ROYAL DANCER looks a rock-solid selection after showing improved form on his nursery bow at Leicester, pulling well clear with another improver. He's sure to be higher in the handicap when reassessed, and can make the most of his window of opportunity. Um Shama will be suited by this trip and didn't get a chance to show that after meeting traffic over C&D last time. She's feared most ahead of handicap debutant Cauthen, who has a bit to find on form, but will benefit from a return to further after finding 6f too sharp last time.
  1. Royal Dancer
  2. Um Shama
  3. Cauthen
