Verdict

An open finale with any number of the runners in with a shout if electing to forgive (or excuse) some recent efforts. Perceived is fairly well treated and back over a more suitable trip, with very similar comments also applicable to the topweight Sunglider. Appenzeller and Jawshan are young horses who are probably capable of better, with the latter in particular of interest on handicap debut, whilst the filly Raven's Raft has already proved to be a shrewd claim at £3,000 from Michael Appleby. However, the tentative value based shout is PUNKAWALLAH who was better than the bare result at Redcar (1m2f) and returns to the AW on a winnable looking mark.
