Verdict

Just shortlisting a race like this is extremely tough and there are easily a dozen with obvious claims. The vote ultimately goes to improving ALFARRIS for the prolific William Haggas team who ran another excellent race latest after winning well previously. Sharja Bridge has a look of one campaigned with this race in mind by a highly respected trainer and the champion jockey is aboard here. Winner of the Irish equivalent Kenya remains of interest with an extra 1f likely to suit. Also high on the list are perennial big handicap player Kynren and Stylehunter who appeals the most of John Gosden's trio.
  1. Alfarris
  2. Sharja Bridge
  3. Kenya
