Forecasts

Ardview Boy (3/1), Reverse The Charge (4/1), Two Hoots (11/2), Skint (6/1), Falcos (13/2), The Banastoir (10/1), Cool Valley (12/1), Holeinthewall Bar (16/1), Super Charge (50/1)

Verdict

A race which lacks quality. Skint was found short of pace on his reappearance at Fontwell last week, and whilst entitled to come on for that run isn't overly enticing at the age of 12. Super Charge is untested in handicap company, but hasn't achieved anything of note so far and is for a watching brief only, whilst The Banastoir makes his maiden chasing start for Lucinda Russell having looked to be distinctly ill-at-ease for other trainers over larger obstacles in the past. Therefore, the safest option is the Hexham regular REVERSE THE CHARGE; he carries a lightweight and at present appears to have conditions in his favour (quick).
  1. Reverse The Charge
  2. The Banastoir
  3. Holeinthewall Bar
