Verdict

A chance is taken that events will unfold to suit the consistent CUBAN HEEL, who was just denied in a similar grade at Epsom last time out and will be a tough nut to crack if he can step things up a notch on this more conventional course. Sir Plkato is a likely candidate for setting the tempo and would also be dangerous to underestimate if allowed an easy lead, while The Groove has done well since joining David Evans and, despite this being a step up in class and ratings, the gelding is another to bear in mind.
