Verdict

Not a finale to be getting carried with. He remains a maiden and lacks a turn of pace but TYNECASTLE PARK came closest to scoring over this C&D from this mark in January and seems as plausible an answer to this riddle as any. Moans Cross showed much-improved form at Wolverhampton over this sort of trip last month and will be in the firing if able to produce something similar. Saint Mac is a possible improver going into handicaps, should any money arrive, with Ipcress File of some minor interest based on a better run at Thirsk this month and the apparent paucity of opposition now upped in distance.
  1. Tynecastle Park
  2. Moans Cross
  3. Ipcress File
