Fergal O’Brien won this last year but his team are a little quiet at the moment and despite the fact that Tangolan appears here off a tempting mark that factor needs to be taken into consideration. Perfect Man is sure to attract market support on his debut for the Olly Murphy stable but he will find conditions a lot different to his Limerick win here and the mark a lot tougher. MAHLERMADE has been something of a slow burner over hurdles but with cheekpieces now on and a trip that will suit he’s the suggestion here. Bellaney Knight comes back from wind surgery with something to prove but wouldn’t be out of this for his in-form stable.
