Verdict

With the greatest of respect to all connections, this is a very moderate conclusion to the Wolverhampton action and a race which makes no appeal whatsoever for betting purposes. However, a winner lies within and that horse could be the prominent racing top-weight GENUINE APPROVAL. John Butler's mare hasn't won anywhere for ages, but had a near miss over C&D latest, so the astute P J McDonald is likely to keep things simple and attempt to go one place better under similar tactics. At far bigger prices, Lenin is worth a cautious glance in the market with the tongue-tie now added.
