Verdict

A race in which it could pay to be cautious about the chances of Fleeting Steps with the blinkers going on for his turf debut, whilst the bang in-form mare Flying Sakhee should be thereabouts over this longer trip after solid 7f runs on rattling quick ground at Lingfield. However, it is SHARP OPERATOR who catches the eye most. A C&D winner in May, he had a valid excuse next time (reared leaving the stalls), but travelled well throughout the majority of the race when beaten just 1L by Wild Acclaim off this mark at Yarmouth (1m) latest and a return to this sharper track should suit.
  1. Sharp Operator
  2. Flying Sakhee
  3. Hidden Stash
