Verdict

The sole three-year-old in the field Viscount Loftus rightly lost a race at Chester last time in the stewards room but it did show that he was in good form and he lines up here off the same mark looking for compensation. That bid may well be undone though by MAGICAL EFFECT who also suffered in-running troubles last time although they weren’t of his doing and he has a good chance of going one better here. Areen Heart ought to be able to win again but can he be trusted is the question that you have to ask while Proud Archi needs to show a little more spark to be considered.

  2. Viscount Loftus
  3. Areen Heart
