For the grade this is quite an intriguing contest with no standout performer and several in with a chance. Top weight
The Phantom looks one who could improve for handicaps and the mare
Silk Run was unlucky last time out when brought down on the Flat when showing improved form.
St George’s Oval also comes into this although he could probably do with a stiffer test while
Beach Break on his handicap debut is one to note looking well weighted on his Flat form. Perhaps the most interesting runner though is the Olly Murphy trained
WALK WATERFORD back from a spell in point-to-points having looked as though he could be useful in this sphere when with Jonjo O’Neill.
- Walk Waterford
- Beach Break
