Verdict

Pretty mediocre stuff to close the card and any one of these could land it on a going day. Admittedly, for most, that is a rare occurrence but DALNESS EXPRESS and Monarch Maid have proved more consistent than most of late. The latter is a front-runner who should give the selection a nice tow into the race. Trainer John O'Shea has secured Luke Morris, who won on him earlier in the year, and drops back to his optimum trip of 6f. In a race with few evident positives he looks the most likely winner.
  1. Dalness Express
  2. Monarch Maid
  3. Compton Prince
