Verdict

There doesn't look to be much opposition to thwart the J P McManus-owned SANTIAGO DE CUBA from landing the opener here following his third of 25 beaten 1¼L in a Punchestown maiden hurdle last month. The five-year-old acts on the surface and remains open to more improvement, while Papal Motel and Russellstown on stable debut can battle for the minor honours.
  1. Santiago de Cuba
  2. Papal Motel
  3. Russellstown
