Verdict

Scented Lilly made a bold bid on handicapped debut and is sure to go well again up another furlong. Agincourt Reef will appreciate a return to better ground. Samsons Reach won going away here over C&D two weeks ago and will be a danger to all if in a similar mood today. The selection though has to be CAPTAIN SIMON. He takes a step up in trip today for his handicap debut, the cheekpieces go on and Bridget Andrews claims a handy 3lb. His top yard do very well with this type and a market move would only increase confidence.
  1. Captain Simon
  2. Scented Lily
  3. Samson's Reach
