Verdict

Quite possibly an above average contest for the track with a number of top trainers represented. Gold Stone (Kevin Ryan), Pretty Baby (William Haggas) and Queen Penn (Richard Fahey) are all penalised for their respective juvenile victories. Pretty Baby appeals the most of that trio, and it'll be interesting to see what she can produce on turf. However both Angel's Glory (Roger Varian) and LEFT ALONE (Hugo Palmer) receive a handy 7lbs, with the latter named filly somewhat unfortunate to remain a maiden. She should cope with the drop in trip and the application of first time cheek-pieces can't be viewed as anything other than a positive move from her trainer.
