Verdict

If the cheekpieces work the oracle on JIMMY BELL then he might be able to take a moderate contest. He's already shown a liking for the track and has performed better than his big odds suggested he would in novice hurdles, and it wouldn't take much improvement for him to win here. Breaking Ground had yet to be asked for maximum effort when unseating on his latest start and could gain compensation here. At bigger prices Safe Harbour is worth a second look.
