The class act of this field is
Hammersley Lake , who has proven to be a very high class chaser and has improved since joining Charlie Longsden. He'll be looking to have another crack at the American Grand National later in the year but has short term targets at Cheltenham and Aintree in the meantime. The worry here is whether this surface will suit, and given a liking for quicker on turf, it may pay to oppose him with
GOOD TRADITION. The yard form is a slight concern but that's balanced by his sire, Pivotal, who gets plenty of winners on the Fibresand, which may level the playing field.
Green Light looks best of the rest.
