Verdict

Brown Trix got off the mark over fences at Newcastle last time but faces a tough enough looking task in the follow-up attempt here. The Last Bridge scored over C&D last month returning from a layoff in a four-runner race, making most of the running. He has a curious relationship with Richard Johnson, they enjoyed success in 2013/14 together but not recently. His three wins since last March have all come without the champ on board, while Johnson is 0-4 on his back in the same spell. GLOBAL DOMINATION was second at Huntingdon last month, making a bold fist of things after a shuddering early mistake. With a clear round, he can take the finale.
  1. Global Domination
  2. The Last Bridge
  3. Brown Trix
