Verdict

CLONDAW RIGGER is progressing nicely over fences and opened his account at the third time of asking in ready fashion last time at Hereford. He looks capable of going up the ladder another few rungs yet and so is taken to follow up here. Any flaws will be exposed by Frank N Fair, something of a C&D specialist with two wins last month. He was anything but disgraced since in the Sussex National over a longer trip and looks sure to give another solid account now. Leo Luna also shaped well in that marathon National test, and is capable of having a say over this more conventional trip.
