Rowlestonerendezvu (2/1), Genuine Approval (7/2), Relevant (7/2), Famous Dynasty (13/2), Solveig's Song (7/1), Makhfar (16/1), Miningrocks (20/1), Aspasius (33/1), Sunset Bounty (50/1)

Verdict

It is not easy to be positive about many of these judged on recent efforts. Miningrocks is weighted to win this as he returns to his favoured trip. However his AW record tempers enthusiasm. Rowlestonerendezvu is another on a decent mark and the stable's horses are running a lot better nowadays. Relevant and Aspasius are better than recent form figures suggest and could surprise a few, but SOLVEIG'S SONG is taken to add another track victory to her CV. Her last three runs have been below-par but there has been a layoff during that period. The mare's last good run came here and, off this mark with a top rider booked, she could be ready to bounce back.
  1. Solveig's Song
  2. Rowlestonerendezvu
  3. Aspasius
