Verdict

Only a low-grade affair to start the card off and in a race that lacks quality it may be worth taking a chance with the sole three-year-old in the field BIB AND TUCKER. He didn’t show much as a juvenile but his connections have been known to land a gamble or two around here and he could well be better than his lowly mark of 52 with his sire having a decent record on Fibresand. Not many if any of the others offer anything like solid or progressive form although Sooqaan has won off a higher mark (60) here in the past. St Patrick’s Day still looks as though he has ability if he can get away on level terms while course specialist General Tufto can never be totally written off on his favourite surface despite looking his usual laboured self of late.
  1. Bib And Tucker
  2. St Patrick's Day
  3. Sooqaan
