Forecasts

Viva Verglas (4/1), Angel Palanas (9/2), Tagur (5/1), Clergyman (5/1), Tasaaboq (13/2), Hisar (7/1), Know The Truth (8/1), Kaaber (10/1), Coiste Bodhar (12/1)

Verdict

Several of these can be given a chance in a race that isn’t easy to work out but if TAGUR repeats his 4th over C&D last time out in a race that looks quite a strong one for the grade he may well be able to get off the mark on the Fibresand. Kaaber would have a chance on his best form but he can be rather inconsistent and Clergyman who has run well twice here and should strip fitter this time is seen as the main danger. Viva Verglas looks to be working his way back to form and must be respected here given his previous form over C&D with Angel Palanas needing another strong gallop to make him of interest. Know The Truth will find this tougher than last time out moving back into handicaps but you do know she acts on the surface.
  1. Tagur
  2. Clergyman
  3. Viva Verglas
