Verdict

Not an easy race to predict with few of these having a cast iron case. Flat winner Brideys Lettuce has not settled so far over hurdles which has not helped his jumping nor his stamina. This longer trip will certainly require him to race less keenly. PICKNICK PARK has produced his two best performances around here and must have claims now that he gets stronger handling. Miss Fleming and Cry Wolf would both want the ground to dry out but would have strong claims if conditions turn favourable.
