Albishr is the standout form horse in this contest based upon his 1m Salisbury Listed second to Mildenberger in August. The expectation is that his new trainer Simon Dow must have some kind of grand plan after picking him up at the sales recently for a fairly hefty 90,000 gns, but this race probably represents just the starting point of that journey. Therefore, there is potential value in seeking an alternative.
Native Appeal didn't exactly set pulses racing when third at Wolverhampton on debut, so a chance is taken on the John Gosden trained newcomer
SCOTTISH JIG. The yard have been seeking suitable races for their array of young horses, and saddled a highly promising first time out winner at Newcastle on Saturday (Without Parole), and whilst she wouldn't want to be missing the break from her inside berth, this filly looks tailor made for racing on synthetics.
