A desperate 6f Class 7 handicap to conclude the Chelmsford action. Such is the unpredictability of horses racing at this lowly level, it's challenging to speak confidently about any of the field.
Spitfire Limited appears to be the horse most likely to run a solid race given the improvement shown on each of her last two starts. She has time on her side unlike the majority of these, and looks a definite player. However, this race also looks tailor-made for a 'bit of a touch' and a couple of proven, but now lowly rated runners catch the eye.
Pulsating is essentially a better horse than this level of racing, and the switch to Archie Watson should coincide with an overall improvement in her form, but a more speculative selection is the Irish raider
MERCURY. Martin Harley is booked for this five-year-old, and whilst he hasn't shown much at Dundalk of late, he is very well treated nowadays, and was a winner over 7f here for Kevin Ryan in January 2016.
