There may be a little more strength in depth than usual in a maiden on this surface at this time of the year with some interesting types on this. LADIES FIRST is now given a try at sprinting and should be suited by it for a yard that is having plenty of success and she’s the suggestion here. Charlie’s Dreamer has a chance on her last run here but has a tough draw and Ghaseedah is preferred with her sire having a fair record here. Romantic Story has to be of interest on her debut with Holiday Girl also entering the mix although she looks to have had enough chances. Of the likely bigger prices Thunderball and Gettin’ Lucky are worth noting for handicaps in the future.
