Verdict

This should go to DEAUVILLE DANCER. A progressive chaser for David Dennis who has won half his races over fences so far, he again won nicely at Fakenham last time in the style of a horse who may be able to overcome this 5lb rise up the weights. He also looked as if this step back up in trip should be exactly what he wants, and he may well prove tough to beat. Apple Of Our Eye shades second preference having fallen late in the day after travelling strongly on chase debut at Plumpton last time, while Derintoher Yank has run well over fences so far and can't be ruled out either.
