Ffos Las bumper winner
The Dubai Way is a first ever Hexham runner for Oxfordshire based trainer Harry Whittington, so he's likely to be popular in the market ahead of his hurdles debut with the mud predicted to be flying in all directions.
Le Frank is a horse of some substance who is very much one to note with the longer term in mind, as is
Teescomponents Lad, who will definitely be winning races at some point (probably in handicaps). However,
ECHO EXPRESS was arguably a shade unfortunate on his hurdles debut at Kelso. He looked set to prevail, but for a tardy jump at the last, and was literally mugged on the line by the late developing Temple Man. He ploughed through soft ground at Doncaster when winning his bumper, and whilst heavy Hexham ground will be plenty softer still, he'll take the world of beating for Greystoke handler Nicky Richards.
