Forecasts

Jukebox Jive (4/5), Thounder (9/4), Fields Of Fortune (4/1), Lisp (6/1), Quothquan (8/1), Ladofash (12/1), Acaro (33/1), Master Billie (150/1), Cloud Hopper (150/1)

Verdict

There won't be too many smarter flat performers than JUKEBOX JIVE switched to hurdling this winter. He showed plenty of class on the flat this summer and providing his jumping is adequate he will take an awful lot of beating here. Dual-winner Thounder may prove the sternest resistance and his experience should to some extent offset the double penalty. Quothquan is himself an interesting recruit to hurdling but is someway short of the selection on flat ratings.
  1. Jukebox Jive
  2. Thounder
  3. Quothquan
