Verdict

With 20 runners going to post the notoriously inconsistent draw bias of the Rowley Mile will surely be crucial and it must be noted where the fields head earlier in the day. At this stage the safest bet is to go towards the middle which is helpful with two live chances drawn centrally in YELLOWHAMMER who is on the upgrade and represents top connections preferred to Right Action who will go well providing the forecast rain isn't too heavy. If low draws are favoured the unexposed Give It Some Teddy and improving Pastime both enter calculations. Conversely if high draws are the way to go Parnassian looks on a mark where he ought to go close.
  1. Yellowhammer
  2. Right Action
  3. Give It Some Teddy
