Saturdaynightfever (7/4), Jersey Bean (15/8), Kateson (3/1), Nocturnal Myth (5/1), Soldier Of Love (11/2), Airtight (6/1), Seaston Spirit (16/1), Scorpion Haze (16/1)

Verdict

KATESON has a penalty to carry for his debut success at Chepstow last month, and he's probably no absolute certainty to confirm placings with the Fergal O'Brien trained Saturdaynightfever (fourth), but it's most likely telling that with Richard Johnson unavailable this afternoon, Tom Lacey has opted for the next best available man in the saddle. A number of these runners are more than capable of building upon their debut efforts, and for that reason, it'll be a major surprise if any of the four newcomers are sharp enough for success.
  1. Kateson
  2. Saturdaynightfever
  3. Jersey Bean
