Verdict

The market will be informative as to the prospects of the newcomers Ispolini and Petit Palais. Both have excellent pedigrees and represent connections with a history in this whose juveniles are in excellent form. The percentage call is for an each-way wager on AGAR'S PLOUGH who should be seen to better effect over this trip and if the ground remains on the soft side. His Ascot second suggested he would have little difficulty in landing a maiden and conditions are more favourable than at York last time. Rich Identity was disappointing at Redcar but that was a fast run race in which he missed the break and he may prove that form to be misleading.
  1. Agar's Plough
  2. Ispolini
  3. Petit Palais
