Verdict

HORSESHOE BAY showed a good level of form on the Flat and can maintain his unbeaten record in this sphere by taking this novice hurdle. The selection ran green when winning here last month but should appreciate this step up in trip and can get the better of Robin The Raven who carries a double penalty having won twice already over hurdles while Treacle Tart, who has won over further in the past can claim third for the in form yard of Charlie Longsdon.
