POORMANS HILL made a winning handicap chase debut at Downpatrick five days ago on his first outing for Gordon Elliott and duly won by 17L. He's dropped back in trip for this follow-up bid but has been raised just 4lb and on the evidence shown there, he may still be well ahead of the assessor. His case is further strengthened by the apparent paucity of opposition worth supporting.
Dr Moloney went well last time at Hexham having suffered two falls previously. That was a decent effort but he doesn't tend to find a lot in a scrap and may end up settling for place money.
Who's Cross and
Island Master look the best of a weak remaining quartet.
