Verdict

TOM DOOLEY bounced back into form when winning a claimer at Laytown last time and the manner in which he did so suggests the former course winner ought to be given due respect arriving here for new connections with a penalty. He has fair claims of getting his fifth win of 2017. Wild Shot has been consistent over C&D this year and his latest offering on turf confirms he can be competitive off current mark. Streisand is worth some attention based on the positive jockey booking while Border Prince could threaten if repeating the positive tactics of his penultimate run. Boxer Dunford was closing at the line over shorter last time and looks worthy of another shot at the mile on fourth start for these connections.
