Verdict

Division 1 of a low grade 1m2f handicap. Restive doesn't win too often, but could be suited by the ease in grade (tries a Class 6 for the first time), and he showed he handles this C&D well enough when a neck second to Thello in February. Secret Soul is likely to race prominently and could have a role to play if allowed to dictate a steady pace, but she's not exactly known for hanging tough on the front end, whilst Wolverhampton winner London Master and more recent Carlisle scorer Savannah Moon could be thereabouts. However, the selection is the lightly raced filly CHAMPAGNE PINK. She needs to show more, but is of definite interest from a lowly mark now stepped up in trip after posting a never nearer fourth to Jack Of Diamonds over the extended mile at Wolverhampton just over a week ago.
  1. Champagne Pink
  2. Restive
  3. London Master
