Forecasts

The Informer (5/1), Rueben James (11/2), Ardera Cross (6/1), Chestnut Brave (7/1), Ned's Island (15/2), Lisa's Legacy (9/1), Russian Roulette (10/1), Call Vinnie (10/1), War Of The Pennys (11/1), Fleurys Fort (12/1), Glendine River (12/1), Perfect Man (14/1), Aunt Alice (14/1), Scealtana (16/1), You Can't Catch Me (20/1), Well Joey (20/1), Carrigready (20/1), Danequest (25/1), Dontbackme (33/1)

Verdict

The consistent, Chestnut Brave should take the field along here, but may not have it all his own way here with Well Joey and Neds Island possibly making life difficult for him. Ardera Cross, Rueben James, won impressively, keeping on well on hurdling debut in Downpatrick maiden and The Informer, make the shortlist but preference is for SCEALTANA, expected to go well here for leading trainer/jockey combo in first-time cheekpieces.
  1. Scealtana
  2. Rueben James
  3. The Informer
