ARCHIE PERKINS earns the vote. Nigel Tinkler's runner has underperformed on soft ground lately. His previous run at Thirsk in a hot race puts him on an attractive mark in this and a reproduction of that effort, provided the going remains good as forecast, would probably be enough.
