Verdict

CRUSHED needs to conclusively prove his stamina over this longer trip, but he's less exposed than the majority of these runners so deserves a chance to do so. He made a pleasing impression when scoring over 7f at Newcastle in October and was given plenty of time off to develop thereafter, so connections clearly think a little of him. If his stamina is found to be lacking, it will be the galloper (lacks a change of gear) Count Simon who is best placed to capitalise.
