Verdict

A wide-open renewal of the Summer Plate that is made even more difficult by not knowing what effect, if any, the weather may have on the ground, If it stays away, then it will increase the chance of the unexposed Alcala who seems to go so well on quick ground, but if the forecasts are right then a bit of rain is expected and that will help EARTHMOVES and count against a few others. His stamina will be a major asset late in the day and he can take this for a yard that know what it takes to win it. Poker School needs a poor effort last time forgiving but looks a chaser with more to offer and can go close. Shelford did nothing wrong last time out and is another that can come though late in the day.
