Verdict

Newmarket based handlers have monopolised the previous four renewals of this with DAWN HORIZONS and Stoney Broke spearheading the raid from HQ. The former is a classically bred filly for an in form yard who do well with their older fillies. Stoney Broke and Camerone are stepping up in class having won much more modest events last time and both have a fitness advantage over the selection. Both need to find a bit extra but that is highly possible. Camerone held an Irish Oaks entry but those plans would have been revised after her effort in a classic trial. She made hard work of scoring last time and it remains to be seen whether that effort has a positive or negative effect.

  2. Camerone
  3. Stoney Broke
