He performed to a reasonable standard on his chasing debut at Uttoxeter, and whilst effectively beaten in a match by Brother Tedd, a reproduction of that showing should see him holding all of the aces over 2016 Albert Bartlett runner up Fagan, and recent C&D novice chase winner Baby Bach.
