Forecasts

Old Time Waltz (13/8), Try Again (9/4), Mr Adjudicator (9/4), Poetic Choice (6/1), Lean And Keen (13/2), Usa (7/1), Rummaging (8/1), Palmones (12/1), Ruler Of France (12/1), Baby Bellini (20/1), Qasser (20/1)

Verdict

Old Time Waltz is improving at the moment and having won nicely at Naas she just failed to make the step up in trip pay off when collared late on at Limerick by a rival in superb form. Her form gives her standout claims in this, though she is likely to be priced accordingly and the prospect of a fourth run in 12 days is somewhat off-putting for win purposes as such. Ruler Of France can improve on his reappearance and is respected off a lower mark than his C&D win last summer while the veteran Rummaging was much better last time out at Leopardstown and could again run well. The nod however goes to the supremely consistent TRY AGAIN who has been thriving lately and is trusted to go and grab a fifth win in just seven starts this calendar year.
  1. Try Again
  2. Ruler Of France
  3. Old Time Waltz
