Rattle On (5/2), Hernando Torres (4/1), Makhfar (6/1), Lord Murphy (7/1), Grey Destiny (8/1), So It's War (8/1), Einstein (10/1), Russian Ranger (12/1), Bush Beauty (16/1), Yasir (25/1), Torch (40/1), Genuine Approval (50/1), Sailor Malan (100/1)

Verdict

Plenty with form to make them worthy contenders in this line-up, Lord Murphy has twice scored over C&D already this year and should do better than his most recent attempt when he was perhaps given too much to do. Hernando Torres is now on a very workable mark while Rattle On and Grey Destiny are likely to be on the premises again. A 3lb hike is not certain to halt recent C&D winner Makhfar but, with five course wins, BUSH BEAUTY is attractively weighted for this contest based on recent turf form and will surely go close if reproducing those efforts here.
  1. Bush Beauty
  2. Lord Murphy
  3. Makhfar
