Forecasts

Akdaar (4/5), Hydroxide (5/4), Pretty Passe (3/1), Summerghand (5/1), Raselasad (12/1), Oriental Lilly (25/1), Dandys Denouement (100/1), Ninedarter (100/1)

Verdict

Hydroxide looks the clear pick on form but having become expensive to follow it may be safer to look elsewhere. Pretty Passe represents a trainer/jockey combination that are hard to ignore and Summerghand is an expensive purchase for this yard who shaped well on his debut in a race that has worked out since. That still proved to be a weaker event than AKDAAR contested on his debut in which he looked green when the pace suddenly increased before getting the hang of things in the closing stages. He would have little to find on that to be up to the standard required to win a race such as this.
  1. Akdaar
  2. Pretty Passe
  3. Hydroxide
