Most of these have questions to answer regarding their current readiness to be competitive. The exceptions would include
New World Power who was well supported to score at Doncaster of his handicap debut and it is doubtful the race went according to plan. That was just his fourth race and he remains open to improvement. However, although his Sandown maiden form would make him well handicapped, his later effort at Salisbury gives him something to find. It is possible he will prove difficult to win with and on this occasion
MASTERPAVER may know too much. Richard Fahey's charge was in action on Saturday in a ladies race and had shaped well on his penultimate start. His handicap mark can hardly be described as attractive but he is in form and has fewer questions to answer than most in this lineup.
