Forecasts

Burtonwood (15/8), Glyder (5/1), Ocelot (6/1), Entertaining Ben (6/1), Mighty Zip (10/1), Pearl Noir (11/1), Emjayem (16/1), Cherry Kool (18/1), Wimboldsley (25/1)

Verdict

Few of these can be dismissed and the presence of Pearl Noir may set this up nicely for Glyder, Entertaining Ben and BURTONWOOD. The former collected at Redcar last time when the front two pulled clear. Entertaining Ben was too keen at Brighton over a slightly longer trip and should be a different proposition here off a mark which brought him his last success. BURTONWOOD represents an in form yard and is a consistent performer who has paid the price by getting little respite from the assessor. A talented 5lb claimer helps address the need to find that extra couple of pounds and he gets the vote in a tightly handicapped race.
  1. Burtonwood
  2. Entertaining Ben
  3. Glyder
