Verdict

An ideal opportunity for the Charlie Longsdon trained six-year-old BESTWORK to follow up his Towcester success despite a 6lb rise in the weights. He seems versatile in terms of ground conditions and appears to have found his true vocation since switched to fences. Miss Conway will undoubtedly run her race, but is fractionally high in the handicap, whilst time is still on the side of Martiloo now with Pauline Robson. Of the outsiders, Reverse The Charge could shape better than his form suggests if allowed to bowl along prominently over this minimum trip.

  2. Miss Conway
  3. Reverse The Charge
